Most orders leave our facility within 2 business days and are shipped via UPS Ground Service. See below for more information.

Gift Certificate amounts are not included in the shipping calculation.

Continental United States:
Your order will be shipped via UPS ground service, with charges being calculated in the following manner:

• Add $8.25 to orders with a subtotal under $65.00
• Add 13% to orders with a subtotal over $65.00
• Add 11% to orders with a subtotal over $300.00
  

UPS Second Day and Next Day Air service is available. Check the box on your final checkout page, and we will contact you before processing your order. Or call (888) 628-3833 for quotes. Wood frames shipped Second Day or Next Day Air are shipped unassembled.

Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories:
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground service. You will be contacted prior to your order being processed with the shipping rate.

UPS Second Day and Next Day Air service is also available. Check the box on your final checkout page or call (888) 628-3833 for quotes. Wood frames shipped Second Day or Next Day Air are shipped unassembled.

APO and FPO addresses:
Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  You will be contacted prior to your order being processed with the shipping rate.

Canada:
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground service. You will be contacted prior to your order being processed with the shipping rate.

Other countries:
Your order will be shipped via UPS International, and shipping rates are quoted when you order. Or call (888) 628-3833 for quotes.

Free Insurance

• All orders are shipped fully insured at no extra charge.

Frame Assembly

All Metal Frames are Shipped Unassembled, with assembly hardware and instructions included, free of charge.

Wood Frames (where width plus height is less than 54) are Shipped Assembled, with assembly hardware and instructions included, free of charge.

Wood Frames (where width plus height is between 54 and 90) are Shipped Unassembled, unless you pay an Oversize Fee. See the section below.

Oversize Shipping

We can ship items up to 90 United Inches. This is the largest in the industry.

An item is oversized when the sum of its Width and Height measurements (United Inches) exceed 54 united inches.
* These items have an additional oversize fee.

Example: 24"x36" wood frame: Horizontal 24" + Vertical 36" = Total 60 UI

A wood frame exceeding 54 United Inches will be shipped unassembled with assembly hardware and instructions included, free of charge. You can choose to have us assemble the frame (between 54-90 UI), and pay the Oversize Fee.

Any wood frame may be shipped unassembled at your request.
